Maleeh Molstad

Life Coach/Author/Advocate

Maleeh became a certified Life Coach in 2024.

From the time of a child, she has had the ability to navigate difficult situations with a calmness and wisdom well beyond her years.
Maleeh would visit numerous Veteran's Hospitals throughout her life,
as her father was a Veteran.
This helped her to understand how to become compassionate, as a result of seeing many families and Veterans in sometimes extremely sensitive and difficult situations.

It was also at this young age that Maleeh began her journey in writing, and won a contest given a 1st place award for her poem titled
Me and My Shadow. She was able to read her poem live on the air at FM 95 WFBE. This path was one in which excited Maleeh and so began her journey of writing.

In her teen years Maleeh became an excellent problem solver.
She was often told that she had the ability to make people feel very welcomed and could create an atmosphere that allowed people to feel comfortable to be themselves.

This characteristic helped Maleeh to become recognized by a client she met while at her job and was offered a position at Charles Schwab at age 17 years old.  However, she had no interest in working in that particular field and declined.

Maleeh met her partner in her young adult life and had two children.  She loves being a mom and credits this role as to helping her become selfless.

While raising her children she became a manager at a non-profit organization that helped teach and train adults with disabilities how to work in their community.  She loved watching her team members learn new skills and excel at their jobs, while also earning their independence and receiving a paycheck.  She knew that the sense of pride her team members felt when accomplishing their goals was priceless.  Maleeh continued this role for 10 years.

Maleeh loves visiting bookstores.  She lets the books choose her.  She has always felt inspired by books and enjoys the knowledge and adventures she gains from them.
Maleeh's favorite books she received as a young adult were
The Giving Tree and Where The Sidewalk Ends by Shel Silverstein.

The idea that a book could be enjoyed by adults and children alike inspired Maleeh's style of writing.  Her three published books are a collection she refers to as the Sky Series.  Her books are uplifting, meaningful, and make you smile.  She loves incorporating imagery and rhyming as a way to challenge herself, as she finds this style of poetry the hardest and most fun to write.

She continues on the path of helping people and enjoys seeing the happiness she creates in doing so.  She knows that life can be challenging, but she whole-heartedly believes that there is always a solution to every problem.  And with guidance and structure, she believes anyone can overcome daily challenges and attain a happy, purposeful life unique to the individual.   Maleeh hopes to continue to inspire and to make a positive impact with her life coaching skills.  She welcomes the opportunity to work with anyone who is in need of a little guidance.

                  BELIEVE

 Once you were afraid
Of a life moving to fast
Worrying about the future
Living in the past
But you trusted in faith
Allowed yourself to be
Opened up your eyes
And you were able to see
Keeping your mind clutter free
You can unlock the life you dreamt of
And throw away the key ~
